ALNST Fanmerch Policy

  • The official ALNST policy on fanart and derivative works can be found here.
  • It is implied that sales from fanmerch is not an issue provided it is by fans and not businesses!
  • However, as the official policy does not specify what quantity of merch sales qualifies as "significant profit", production quantity will be limited to 250 units per product.
  • This limit will only apply to ALNST merch. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.

Pre-order information

  • If the product is a pre-order (labeled "[PO]"), it means the products have not yet been produced and will only begin production once preorders end.
  • Production and shipping updates will be posted on my Twitter.
  • For the $50+ PO bonuses, you'll get a set for every $50 spent. This value does not include shipping.
  • Please note that all prices on my store are in USD.

Stock-sale information

  • If the product is a stock sale (labeled "[Stock]"), it means the products have already been produced and quantities will be limited based on what I currently have available.
  • Once products have been sold out, it's unlikely to be restocked.
  • Any stock sale items do not qualify for any PO bonuses (except in the case of bonuses awarded for spending over a certain threshold).

Shipping information

  • Unlike previous store openings, note that shipping will now be charged ONCE ORDERS ARE READY TO BE SHIPPED. Shipping will no longer be charged at checkout. This is because Australia Post charges flat rates based on weight thresholds and therefore it will be difficult to automatically calculate shipping at checkout.
  • Once orders have been packed and final weights have been confirmed, you will receive an invoice via the original payment method (PayPal or Stripe) for the shipping cost. You can estimate the shipping costs here (note that prices on this website are all in AUD and I will be using International Standard). Please note that final shipping costs will differ slightly from this website due to payment processing fees, packaging costs and labour costs.
  • You will be given a week to pay the shipping costs. If shipping remains unpaid past the deadline your order will be cancelled.
  • All orders will now include tracking by default.
  • If you are buying items for an existing order, please ensure you include the existing order's order number in the notes, otherwise you may be charged twice for shipping!
  • All items will be shipped from Australia.
  • Once items have been shipped, I no longer have control over the products. Please contact your local postal service for any updates on progress as they will have more information than I may have on the status of your delivery.
  • The postal service I use is Australia Post.

Group orders

  • Group orders are more than welcome to order from my store! Please simply order the relevant amount of items as normal and indicate somewhere in your notes that you are a GO in case I may need to contact you in the future!
  • It is encouraged for people to find GOs if possible due to the high shipping costs and also to lessen the burden of packing for me, but I am more than happy to ship to individuals.
  • Please feel free to message me/let me know that you are organising a public GO and I am more than happy to RT any promo/announcement tweets.

Damaged or missing items claims policy

  • Please ensure all claims of damaged or missing items are accompanied with unboxing video evidence. If your claim is not accompanied with video evidence, I will not be able to accept your claim!
  • If your package does not arrive after three months post-shipping, I will provide you with a full refund (excluding shipping). Please do not request a refund until this time has passed. Please note that I will require evidence of non-delivery (tracking shows that item has still not been delivered for reasons outside of the buyer's control) as well as proof that you have attempted to contact the post office to find out where your parcel is.
  • If your package is returned to me for any reason (e.g. unclaimed or incorrect/incomplete address) I will be happy to invoice the cost of shipping and resend the parcel.
